GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The prices are inclusive of VAT.
The applicable VAT is 10% on all services including accommodation, breakfast and soft drinks.

PAYMENTS
Payment at the time of reservation or upon arrival, the tourist tax will be paid on site.
The rate of the tourist tax is fixed annually by the administration: Application of the rate in force at the time of the stay, and not the one in force at the time of the reservation.

Accepted methods of payment :
Credit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express
Vacation vouchers - ANCV (only possible for direct bookings, all bookings made via OTAs such as Booking or Expedia, cannot be paid by ANCV)
Cash
Bank transfer (fees to be paid by the client, and to be made 48h before the beginning of the stay)

CANCELLATION

GENERAL conditions of cancellation
o Free cancellation 48h in advance, otherwise the total amount of the reservation will be due
o No show = the total amount of the reservation is due.

Cancellation conditions in case of health crisis.

If the country is confined or the region we apply a cancellation without charge.
If there is no administrative closure, the general cancellation conditions apply.
